
Wilted Kale
Wilted Kale: Serve as a side dish with our Rosemary/Thyme Pork Loin and our Butternut Squash Polenta 1 large bunch of kale or other bitter wilting greens 2 tablespoons olive oil ¼ teaspoon kosher salt fresh ground black pepper ½ lemon for juicing
Pour olive oil in medium sauté pan. Place pan over high heat until oil moves freely in pan. Add kale to pan, stirring with tongs to heat through, sprinkle with salt and pepper, squeeze lemon juice and remove from heat once kale is wilted. Serve immediately.
